1. The writing agent bonus program runs from 1/1/2023 to 3/31/2023. Writing agent means the agent has issued their first case with Nassau. Producer will earn a $100 bonus for the first Plan F, G, or N underwritten application submitted during the bonus program period which results in a policy issued before 4/11/2023 with an effective date no later than 6/1/2023. Plan A and guaranteed issue enrollments are excluded. Bonuses earned will result in full chargeback if policy does not remain active and inforce for a full 12 month cycle.
2. The producer bonus program period is from 2/6/2023 to 3/31/2023. Producer will earn a
$200 bonus for each Plan F, G, or N underwritten application submitted during the bonus program period which results in a policy issued before 4/11/2023 with an effective date no later than 6/1/2023. Plan A and guaranteed issue enrollments are excluded. Bonuses earned will result in full chargeback if policy does not remain active and inforce for a full 12 month cycle.

3. Qualification period runs from Jan. 1, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2023. Placed premium excludes free looks and cancellations. Participants must have an active contract and be in good standing to receive incentives. Final qualification remains at the sole discretion of Nassau. Cases, premium, or credits may not be transferred to another appointed individual/agent. Some event expenses related to you (and your potential guests) that are associated with the Nassau Elite Producer Program may be taxable to you and reported on a 1099-NEC. You should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment related to any event-related expenses or

Producer must be in good standing at the time of bonus payment. Producer is responsible for reporting earned bonuses for tax purposes and will be provided an appropriate 1099. Program entries constitute Producer’s agreement to program rules. Certain exclusions, restrictions and limitations may apply. Program rules are determined by the Company in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel these programs for any reason. These programs are not available to call centers and their downlines. These programs are not available in all states and remain subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
