| Important Notes
1. NGA commission special excludes business submitted in AR, AZ, DE, IA, ID, MA, MI, OH, and RI. Program excludes free looks and cancellations. All bonuses subject to a detailed quality of business review prior to payment. Payments will be made directly to the producer. All decisions by Nassau are final.
2. Current rates on contracts with 10-year surrender charge schedule and no income benefit elected for 1-year S&P 500 participation rate account in Group A states. Rates are set at the beginning of each indexed account segment and subject to change for future segments. We may change, add or eliminate indexed accounts. Certain accounts may not be available in all states. The contract does not directly participate in any stock, bond or equity investment. Indexed account credit calculations exclude dividends.
3. After completion,
the producer receives either a suitability approval within seconds to proceed with the client's application, or notification that one of Nassau's suitability analysts must conduct a more comprehensive review of the client’s circumstances before a decision can be provided. The producer is responsible for ensuring that the recommendation being reviewed is suitable for the client’s financial/insurance needs and financial objectives. For sales to consumers over age 80, a pre-issue call out from a Suitability Analyst to the client is required. All applications are subject to Nassau new business requirements. Final approval remains at the sole discretion of Nassau.
